Parkside So.7 is a fantastic place to live. The staff is friendly and personable. While searching for a new place to move, I happened to stop by So.7th by chance on a Saturday after 4:00 pm and met Rocio, the Assistant Manager. She was fantastic, and offered to allow me to accompany her and another couple on a tour of the property. After the tour, I was impressed, and very interested

Let me start by saying this property is BEAUTIFUL. A pool, lounging areas and a Nice 24 hour gym. Parking Garage. The staff is welcoming and will respond to any questions via email and/or phone within minutes/hours in the same business day. With an amazing staff and in the heart of 7th I'm sure I will continue to have a great experience here.
I just can't say enough about the staff and kindness of Rocio and Shelley in the leasing office. I am just in the process of moving in to the Parkside Urban Apartments and they have been so helpful in explaining leasing process, fees, and showing us the amenities. The staff walked me through the process and helped me correct my move in date mistake. I am so excited about being a future resident!!!
